Para obter um sorriso do seu cliente, ou da pessoa que o procurou para a decoração do seu evento é preciso, em primeiro lugar que você a receba com um sorriso no rosto também. A forma como atende e recebe o seu cliente é primordial. Independentemente da área de trabalho em que se encontra, o atendimento ao cliente é um dos grandes elementos que faz com que as pessoas adiram ao seu trabalho e voltem sempre a requisitar os seus serviços.

A simpatia, empatia, bom humor  e educação acima de tudo são os elementos essenciais para uma boa relação de cliente-empreendedor. Quando o cliente dirige-se a si tenha sempre um sorriso no rosto, isso atrai o cliente. Atenda o cliente atenciosamente, ouvindo sempre o que o cliente tem a dizer e depois responda-o com todo o respeito. Fazer o seu trabalho da melhor forma possível faz com que o cliente sempre tenha intenção de voltar a requisitar os seus serviços, daí receberá sem nenhum dificuldade o sorriso do seu cliente. Pois em todo tipo de negócio o cliente é sempre a chave para o crescimento e sucesso da empresa.


A Josefa Amélia Massinga é a fundadora da Florista Flor Khyathu e Servicos, em Moçambique. A sua empresa, que abriu em 2015, foi inspirada pela memória da sua sobrinha, a Khyathu Massinga, que perdera a vida dois anos antes. Esta loja foi o primeiro empreendimento da Josefa Massinga, e levou a sua paixão pelas flores para a área suburbana. A Josefa abriu a primeira loja de flores da zona e, desde então, criou um grupo de clientes fiéis que promoveram o reconhecimento da marca. Entretanto abriu outra filial chamada Khyathu Assessoria onde, além de flores, os clientes também têm acesso a um conjunto de outros serviços, como decorações florais para veículos, igrejas e eventos para comemorações especiais.
