6 Passos para ser uma mulher empreendedora

Eu sou uma mulher empreendedora há cinco anos.

Na minha opinião, acho muito importante que a mulher desenvolva alguma actividade. Não que seja fácil pois até que cada uma de nos tenha a certeza de que seja capaz e que vai conseguir.

No nosso país não é nada fácil ser empreendedora, pois a mulher enfrenta várias dificuldades, mas não é impossível desde que haja vontade.

É importante que cada uma de nós encontre o seu lado empreendedor, para tal é necessário saber:

  • Que tipo de negócio pretende fazer;

  • Quais as vantagens desse negócio;

  • Identificar o seu nicho de mercado;

  • Projectar o seu negócio;

  • Fazer uma avaliação e estudo de viabilidade;

  • Quanto pretende investir e avaliar o tempo de retorno do seu investimento…..etc

É preciso antes de avançar com o negócio saber em que vai investir, se tem alguma queda para o negócio pretendido, não importa apenas vender e ganhar dinheiro. Acima de tudo temos que gostar do que fazemos e fazermos com amor e carinho.

A escolha do negócio não é fácil pois muitas vezes podemos começar o negocio e não conseguir ter nem sequer lucro, ou porque não temos queda para o mesmo, não nos dedicamos. Ou porque foi uma escolha na base da emoção ou porque vimos que uma amiga, prima ou colega faz o negócio e imitamos.

Por isso dizia antes que era muito importante que identificássemos bem o tipo de negócio que pretendemos fazer.

Temos também que estar cientes que no negocio teremos dificuldades ou quedas e fracassos, mas temos que permanecer firmes em meio a tudo isso se temos a certeza do mesmo negocio.

A forca de vontade, o crer e a auto confiança em si são factores muito mas muito importantes mesmo para a nossa determinação no que pretendemos e queremos fazer.

É preciso saber que o retorno do nosso investimento não vai ser automático e, nem nos primeiros dias, temos que investir em todos os meios de divulgação dos mídias , redes sociais, para passar a palavra, para o nosso negocio crescer.

É preciso não ter medo de investir de irmos atrás das necessidades dos nossos clientes “nichos”, pois eles são o nosso grupo alvo e a satisfação deles será também a nossa satisfação.

A forma como nos apresenta mos quando vamos a rua fazer o nosso negócio também é um factor muito importante, aliás essa é a ferramenta principal para tudo dar certo.

Não é ético que nos apresentemos mal vestidas, ou com o nosso cabelo mal arranjado,  é importante sabermos que para o cliente tudo é importante para ele poder comprar (saber que a tua imagem vende muito, e, vende primeiro).

O cliente antes de comprar faz uma avaliação de quem está a vender o produto. A sua aparência, expressão facial e o seu sorriso que é muito importante, pois com ele nos vendemos mais.

O negocio neste momento não está fácil para ninguém, é preciso muitas vezes nós nos reinventarmos, eu acho muito importante que, para além do negócio principal que fazemos pudéssemos também fazer algo que seja complementar a nossa actividade principal isso pode ajudar nos a alavancar muito mais o nosso potencial.

Por exemplo:

Eu comecei vendendo flores, mas foram aparecendo clientes a solicitar convites de casamento, comecei a fazer os convites numa primeira fase tercealizando serviços agora faço pessoalmente na loja.

Não parando por ai e por ver a grande procura e solicitação de clientes comecei a comprar loiça e alugar, agora estou também a fazer serviços de decoração de eventos e alugo material para ornamentação,

Vendo que poderia acumular a estas actividades mais algumas que podem complementar, tenho também uma equipe de protocolos de eventos, parcerias com DJ, Cozinheiros, MC, e com alguns salões por forma a fazer valer mais a grande procura de serviços.

No momento da pandemia em que não havia muita procura pelos nossos serviços, comecei a fazer jardinagem como forma de não parar porque também é um serviço associado a minha actividade.

Esses são alguns dos exemplos que posso deixar como forma de não pararmos com o nosso empreendedorismo, pois para mim um empreendedor e alguém que esta sempre com a cabeça a funcionar e se reinventando.

A Josefa Amélia Massinga é a fundadora da Florista Flor Khyathu e Servicos, em Moçambique. A sua empresa, que abriu em 2015, foi inspirada pela memória da sua sobrinha, a Khyathu Massinga, que perdera a vida dois anos antes. Esta loja foi o primeiro empreendimento da Josefa Massinga, e levou a sua paixão pelas flores para a área suburbana. A Josefa abriu a primeira loja de flores da zona e, desde então, criou um grupo de clientes fiéis que promoveram o reconhecimento da marca. Entretanto abriu outra filial chamada Khyathu Assessoria onde, além de flores, os clientes também têm acesso a um conjunto de outros serviços, como decorações florais para veículos, igrejas e eventos para comemorações especiais.
