Você sabe como ser um bom vendedor? Há quem acredite que o talento para vendas nasça com as pessoas. Pode ser que algumas personalidades realmente tenham vantagem na hora de vender, mas qualquer pessoa com o direcionamento correto e vontade de aprender pode descobrir como ser um bom vendedor. A arte de vender é baseada em muitas técnicas que vão desde a comunicação e a vestuário, até o acompanhamento depois que a venda já foi fechada. Em cada etapa desse processo, é possível aprender mais e se desenvolver para aumentar os seus resultados.

Veja algumas dicas essenciais para desenvolver se  ainda mais e, tornar- se  um bom vendedor.

Conheça seu produto

Conhecer o produto é um passo muito importante para se tornar um bom vendedor. O comportamento dos clientes hoje é bastante diferente do que já foi há algum tempo. Tão importante quanto o preço é entender tudo sobre o produto, desde as funcionalidades mais básicas até as mais avançadas. Por isso, não adianta tentar vender algo que você não conhece e esperar que os clientes acreditem no que você está dizendo. É fundamental saber tudo sobre o produto que estamos a vender, para saber responder bem  língua caso seja perguntado pelo consumidor. Nesse processo, saiba também o que diferencia o seu produto da concorrência. Isso, mostra bastante profissionalismo. Além do mais, contribui para que o consumidor confie mais em você, aumentando as chances de fechar a venda.

Estude seu cliente

Além de conhecer o produto, é fundamental definir a pessoa que se interessa por ele. Por isso, é também essencial conhecer melhor o seu público-alvo. Uma boa forma de entender o perfil de quem se interesse pelo produto que você vende é desenvolvendo uma buyer persona. Esse personagem é construído a partir da análise de dados que demonstram as preferências do consumidor, mas, também pode ser complementado com entrevistas feitas diretamente a quem comprou na sua loja. O importante é tentar ser bastante preciso. Com esse perfil montado, você terá uma ideia mais clara de quem é o seu cliente.

Procure aprender sempre

Que as pessoas compram, como fazer isso e como conseguir convencê-las de que o seu produto é o melhor. Por isso, manter-se actualizado com essas descobertas é fundamental. Siga pessoas que te inspiram e que estão sempre postando novidades e formas diferentes de fazer o trabalho.

Tenha empatia

Uma característica fundamental dos bons vendedores é a empatia. Qualquer produto é desenvolvido para resolver o problema de outra pessoa. Com a empatia, você consegue se colocar no lugar do cliente que vive aquela dor. Com essa técnica, o vendedor se torna capaz de perceber quais os atributos mais importantes daquele item na perspectiva de quem compra. Assim, é mais fácil mencionar a coisa certa que fará o cliente fechar a compra.

Saiba ouvir

É muito comum que as equipes de vendas trabalhem com um script, isto é, uma seleção de frases e falas que devem ser ditas a cada pessoa interessada no produto. Essa estratégia é interessante para manter um discurso alinhado em toda a equipe. Contudo, a realidade de cada pessoa é muito diferente e nem tudo será previsto neste material.

Por isso, um bom vendedor deve saber ouvir o que o cliente está dizendo e apresentar propostas que façam sentido para a realidade dele. Com a capacidade de escuta, fica mais fácil adaptar o discurso e dizer a mesma coisa mas de uma forma que faça mais sentido para cada pessoa individualmente.

Seja organizado

Ser um bom vendedor e desorganização são coisas que não combinam. Para ter sucesso nessa profissão, é preciso sempre estar atento a prazos e e-mails, estudar as novidades do mercado e manter uma rotina de atendimento. Por isso, a organização é fundamental.

Entregue valor

Um problema muito comum de vendedores é conversar com um cliente apenas tentando vender o tempo todo. Em uma relação de compra, existem diversos outros fatores envolvidos, como confiança, bem-estar e atenção. Para além de tentar fechar o negócio, bons vendedores buscam criar uma relação com aquele cliente em potencial.

A partir dessa relação, fica mais fácil fazer uma abordagem de venda de forma orgânica, sem parecer forçado. A habilidade de saber ouvir conta muito também para essa entrega de valor na comunicação.

Invista no pós-venda

Depois do negócio fechado, muitos vendedores esquecem  se completamente daquele cliente. Sabe toda aquela atenção que foi dada durante o período de compra? Ela não pode desaparecer pois, caso contrário, o consumidor pode se sentir abandonado e até mesmo usado. Por isso, tenha uma estratégia de comunicação também no pós-venda. Verifique se tudo foi entregue como combinado, se há algum problema e se disponha a se comunicar sempre que possível. É claro, isso vai consumir uma parte do seu tempo, mas garanto que vai valer a pena e colaborar com a fidelização de clientes.

Tenha relatórios periódicos

É difícil entender o que está dando certo ou não em uma estratégia sem analisar dados concretos daquela acção. Por isso, para ser um bom vendedor, é muito importante também ter relatórios periódicos sobre como estão seus resultados.

Com eles, você pode ver em números o que tem sido proveitoso, e o que pode precisar de melhorar. E, além de resultados de número de vendas e ticket médio, é interessante verificar também dados de satisfação e realizar consultas sobre a qualidade do atendimento.

Se possível, tenha como prática sempre conversar com os clientes sobre o atendimento prestado, o que viram de mais positivo e se eles têm alguma crítica. Esse contato mais direto pode ser uma óptima fonte de aprendizado.
