Stay connected to your customers

We all know how important it is to connect and engage with our customers on a regular basis. But in these challenging times, it is critical to the future of our businesses to stay connected virtually with our customers if we are not able to connect in person. When our business doors finally reopen and we can welcome customers in person back into our shops, offices, factories and salons, we need to have them excited to see us. Social media is one of our best tools to make those all important regular connections each day, but we need to get creative if we are to make our brands heard in all the digital noise. Others have been using their expertise to host demonstrations or workshops digitally on every topic from beauty and wellness, baking, skills training, and jewellery design.
