Marcar encontros connosco mesmo

September 9, 2022 Melanie Hawken

Exteriormente o maior órgão do corpo, a pele.

Make appointments with yourself

by Wilma Cavaleiro

We live in a reality where being healthy is about being thin, although people feel a strong pressure to accept all standards, especially because the important thing is the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each person. This concept will better exercise the different “roles” for the family.

The transition to a routine considered “healthy” with careful eating, combined with regular physical exercises, is difficult and requires full dedication from the person. This process requires your discipline. The results gradually become visible. The person finds himself every day, getting stronger emotionally and more energetic.

The crossing of this transitional phase brings irreversible changes, as the horizon to be reached is very gratifying and holds increasingly exciting challenges, largely due to the adaptation of the organism.

According to experts, the changes may include internal organs, including the person responsible for reproduction; the uterus. Outwardly the largest organ in the body, the skin. The significant change contributes to the increase in self-esteem.

The people around us, allied to the time factor, can influence decision-making at all times, some of them hasty. If you choose to eat what you want, do it without guilt, because nobody forces us to eat what may eventually influence the final result: weight gain. Accordingly, we will be responsible for our actions ourselves.

With the emergence of social networks, today much information can be found on the internet, passed on by experts. The search for immediate results, using "miraculous" supplements, with tips given by third parties, can become a "time bomb".

Contents about food, exercise, and rest, if strictly carried out, the results will be achieved closer to what we want.

It is worthwhile to be better people in a body and mind that we help to shape. If it is necessary to transport our dreams to reality, we will do so. Just look for motivation every day, make appointments with yourself, be happy even with the wheezing after a morning run.
