Conhecimento como base para o desenvolvimento econômico empresarial

Para Alejandro Pávez o conhecimento é «percepção e cognição da mensagem por parte do sujeito em torno do objecto», o conhecimento nasce do resultado da preparação consciente da informação. É um conceito mais amplo que a informação, para obter – lo, deve-se ponderar, avaliar e relacionar a informação, isto permite fazer previsões, combinação casuais, tomar decisão e partir para ação.

As empresas hoje, estão imersas em nova dinâmica, que lhe exige adaptar-se as contínuas mudanças e encontrar maneira que lhes permite ser mais productivas e competitividade, isto implica, alterações desde a forma de liderar, de administrar até o âmbito mais passivo que os colaboradores desempenham, ademais, exige-se o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades que integram o conhecimento das tecnologias e os sistemas de informação como apoio as actividades das empresas e/ou negócios.

Os hábitos das pessoas, as tecnologias de informação, novas formas de aceder a informação e organizar os trabalhos, novas formas de acesso aos serviços básicos (administração públicas, educação, etc), novos produtos de software que nascem no mercado, estes são os grandes impulsore para as mudanças de dinâmica dentro das empresas/organizações.

Porque que uma empresa/organização deve basear-se no conhecimento para gerar economia?

Porque a concorrência cada vez é maior, os clientes exigem mais que os serviços e/ou produtos se adaptem as suas necessidades, porque cada vez mais se reduzem o ciclo de vida dos produtos. Para que uma empresa/organização possa competir dentro do seu sector, deve buscar elementos diferenciadores que lhe permitam adquirir uma vantagem competitiva.

Nas empresas/organizações, o conhecimento pode ser gerado e adquirido. Gerado é o que se gera dentro das empresas (de forma individual, em grupo

entre os colaboradores), este conhecimento, normalmente é o objetivo das organizações, já que, tem um grande valor e em muitas ocasiões, este pode ser estratégico para alcançar os objetivos da empresa/organização. O conhecimento adquirido, relaciona-se com as atividades da organização, porém, tem-se produzido de forma externa. Isto significa que, todas as empresas/organizações que actuam no mesmo sector podem ter a mesma acessibilidade referente a este conhecimento. Por esta razão, o conhecimento adquirido costuma ter menos valor estratégico que o conhecimento gerado, já que este último é o que dá a empresa os elementos diferenciadores que gera vantagem competitiva.

Toda organização possui dois tipos de activos: tangível e intangível. Os tangíveis são todos aqueles mensuráveis direitamente nos balanços anuais, os intangíveis estão resumidos em capital intelectual, dividem-se em:

  • Capital humano (conhecimento das pessoas, suas experiências, capacidades, atitudes dentro da organização)

  • Capital estrutural (sistemas de informação/funcionamento, bases de dados, manuais operacionais, sistemas de informação, etc.)

  • Capital de mercado (clientes, fornecedores, usuários, beneficiários, acordos e alianças estratégicas, mercado, necessidades do entorno, etc)

Conclui-se, que os elementos diferenciadores que permitem tomar uma vantagem competitiva são os recursos intangíveis, isto significa, que os recursos intangíveis proporcionam valor às organizações, O valor se baseia no aumento dos recursos financeiros através da atividade da empresa/organização que costuma ser a venda de produtos e/ou serviços.


Tatiana Encarnação, fundadora da Next Building Engenharias & Construção Civil Lda, Angola. Concluiu o ensino secundário básico e técnico médio, ingressou no Instituto Superior Politécnico José António Echevarria- CUJAE (La Havana - Cuba) onde se graduo de Engenheira de Construção Civil em 2016. Durante a formação superior, foi autora do blog de Tatiana na página oficial da Embaixada de Angola em Cuba onde retratava a vida dos estudantes Angolanos naquele país. Desde 2017, é investigadora e docente universitária e palestrante da Ordem dos Engenheiros de Angola, motivando e promovendo a classe jovem na investigação académica científica. Atualmente, frequenta o curso de mestrado em Desenho Gestão e Direcção de Projetos na Universidade Europeia del Atlântico (Espanha), membro da Comissão técnica de normas rodoviárias e da comissão técnicas de normas de estruturas em Angola. O seu maior desafio é elevar a classe juvenil Africana a trabalhar no desenvolvimento social económico do continente, utilizando como ferramenta o conhecimento académico e técnico cinético.
