Dressmeoutlet.com now employs over 5 full-time employees with roles ranging from Head of Quality to Warehouse Manager, to Head of Visuals, to Dispatch Drivers. We are constantly hiring and are projected to grow rapidly within the next year. Share a little about your entrepreneurial journey. And, do you come from an entrepreneurial background?
I love creativity and innovation. I like to see unique creations and developments specifically within the retail sector and specifically relating to goods that change lives for the better. I’m currently a big fan of organic and natural products. I’m also a big fan of handmade goods. Being an entrepreneur is a natural journey for me and I look forward to making people smile and contributing to making high-quality goods more accessible across Africa.
As an entrepreneur, I am currently Head of Quality & Business Development at Dressmeoutlet.com, a fast-growing retail company rapidly becoming one of the leading fashion retailers in Africa. In terms of my background, I have B.Sc. in Business Administration from NC A&T State University and an MBA in Finance, Management & Leadership from Emory University USA. I consider myself a hardworking and ardent entrepreneur who constantly yearns for growth, development and innovation.

What are your future plans and aspirations for your company?
We plan to dedicate ourselves to growing dressmeoutlet.com to be Nigeria's most notable retailer with customers globally. We also plan to contribute to the growth of local manufacturing in the areas of fashion and health & beauty. We will also introduce menswear, kidswear and homegoods to our product lines in 2016.
What gives you the most satisfaction being an entrepreneur?
Happy customers give me the most satisfaction. Business growth, comfortable employees and strong market leadership also contribute to me being satisfied as an entrepreneur.
What's the biggest piece of advice you can give to other women looking to start-up?
