She brings 22 years of corporate and personal expertise in all industries focusing on Personal and Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Productivity Improvement. She is an entrepreneur, counsellor, life coach, mother, with expertise in the fields of leadership, environmental change, inspiration, motivation, and emotional intelligence. Soraya has worked with various clients across multiple sectors such as banking, logistics, timeshare, catering, insurance, information technology, recruitment, retail, schools, government sectors and individuals on a personal level across the globe. Soraya has been successful in the sales and marketing, operations, procurement, accounts, payroll, HR, administration, teaching environment, having worked with staff in all positions to bring alignment to achieve the company’s vision. Her expertise in the fields of Leadership, Human Development, Relationships and Counselling will help to bring out the best and true character in people.

What does your company do?
Elevate Coaching and Counselling is a leading personal development company that specializes in providing transformative coaching and counselling services. Our mission is to empower individuals to elevate their lives, unlock their potential, and achieve personal and professional growth. We believe in a holistic approach that combines emotional well-being, mindset coaching, and practical strategies to bring about lasting change. We develop you to unleash your potential, transform your life and ignite your vision with empowering coaching and counselling that rejuvenates your spirit, sparks actions, builds trust and fosters deep empathy. Elevate Coaching and Counselling is leadership coaching engagement that is practically unlimited. We assist clients to express more of their full potential. The coach facilitates the coachee through an intensive and accelerated process of professional and personal development. We see leadership coaching as a collaborative, three-way relationship between the coach, the coachee and the coachee’s organization. As a life coach and counsellor, we are invested in your personal and professional growth.
What inspired you to start your company?
We are all born with a purpose, a plan, a vision, a dream. I'm passionate about bringing others to their true Identity enabling them to fulfill the reason why God created them. Everyone has a story to tell, everyone has experienced life's challenges, but everyone is positioned for Purpose.
Why should anyone use your service or product?
A journey to embark on with individuals that want more out of life than just surviving or living. Elevate Coaching is dedicated and committed to providing the support, healing, professional and personal development of each individual to maximize their gifts and talents into reality.
Tell us a little about your team:
Well, my team consists of myself as a solopreneur. I want to also add, that every man and woman, boy and girl that inspires another human being is already part of my team.
Share a little about your entrepreneurial journey. And do you come from an entrepreneurial background?
I started working at the early age of 15 years old. My experience and expertise are in sales, marketing, business development and customer satisfaction. I've owned a few businesses such as a Recruitment Agency, Spices, Dance Studio, School Transport and Food, and currently my Life Coaching and Counselling business.
What are your future plans and aspirations for your company?
To expand internationally and facilitate branches all over the world. To reach the nation's and empower many individuals and generations to come. To be an impact to the nation with a lasting legacy!
What gives you the most satisfaction being an entrepreneur?
Seeing people grow and become everything God created them to be. Bringing the best out in people.
