Tonya is the Founder of IBS Global Consulting, Inc., a global management consulting firm that specializes in helping small and medium-sized companies expand internationally. As an international business consultant, she travels around the world, working with and advising entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses on how to "Think Global" and develop disruptive marketing strategies that set them apart from the competition.
As a global champion for women's economic empowerment, Tonya founded Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE) in 2003, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, promoting, and empowering women entrepreneurs in Michigan. Through her work with MAFE, Tonya has helped thousands of women turn their entrepreneurial aspirations into realization.
Tonya resides in Detroit, Michigan, with her husband. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people, reading, and spending time with her two granddaughters Peyton and Amiah.
