Entrepreneurs need to be strong

June 20, 2020 Melanie Hawken

by Bomanga Ngoi Longango JouJou’, founder of EveLea Foods, Congo

I realized, over time, it is not enough to want to be able. Will as great as it is, not enough. There is a whole Journey and smart works to achieve a project. Success is a powerful blend of will, desire, patience, love, sacrifice, persistence, tears and determination. You have to be viscerally obstinate to achieve your dream. The modern success model is "quick and well done" in everything.

Entrepreneurship doesn't escape, you have to get started, you have to create, you have to get there quickly, you have to make society dream. Listening to yourself first is very important as no one can carry your dream better than yourself. Our dreams are a fundamental part of ourselves. It is therefore important to be in tune with yourself, know who you are when facing difficulties because entrepreneurship is a kind of obstacle. Every one holds onto something stronger than themselves, a sort of bulwark, shelter in the storm or just a source of inspiration, for rest.  Also, remember that good entrepreneurship creates this need for others to move forward and build. You need to be strong and you need others!

Top entrepreneur advice:

You need to be strong and you need others!

About Bomanga Ngoi Longango:

My name is Bomanga Ngoi Longango, Founder of EveLea Foods. I sell African vegetables in jars which are ready to eat. I founded this business because I always believe that African plates have their place in world’s kitchen gastronomy, and also I wanted to show another side of our vegetables. I am a nurse but cooking is my passion and I wanted to share this with the world as I am an African woman.
