EA Comunicacao e Servicos, a powerful communications advisory service for Mozambique’s businesses and brands
Eunice Andrade is the founder of EA Comunicacao e Servicos. She is an experienced entrepreneur and multi award-winning business leader across the African continent. Her business is focused on branding, company advisory and public relations. She founded the company 22 years ago and now employs more than 10 people, many of them women. She has more than 25 years of experience in the area of public relations and company consultancy. Currently, she is a Brand Ambassador for Betway Mozambique, Jaba Mozambique, and is also a social activist and influencer for Wateraid in the fight against COVID-19. She bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the fields of marketing and public relations.
Lioness Weekender spoke to the inspirational Eunice Andrade about her 25 year journey through the world of public relations and strategic communications, and her role today as a powerful brand influencer for leading businesses and brands.
What does your company do?
At EA Comunicacao e Servicos, we specialize in communications, and that includes company advisory, public relations, and branding
What inspired you to start the company?
It was my passion for communication.
What makes your business, service or product special?
It is my way of being, the credibility I transmit, and the experience.

My team are humble, intelligent, dreamy, and inspiring.
Share a little about your entrepreneurial journey.
I was working, I was doing work and without realizing it I was inspiring people. I was leaving a little bit of myself wherever I went and without realizing it I was discovering other talents in me. As I left my comfort zone, I learned by reading and researching. Today I am grateful for the awards I have received at the level of the northern SADC region, the region of Africa, and the African continent as the Most Influential Woman in Business and Government in the Media category at a time and in a super difficult year for the world to revive. For me, not stopping was the key to getting to where I am today, knowing how to overcome obstacles and barriers, and importantly not losing strength and faith.
What are your future goals and aspirations for your company?
To be able to leave a legacy, and to remain firm in the market as a reference point in the area of media, communication and public relations.
What gives you most satisfaction being an entrepreneur?
Receiving feedback from partners and customers gives me the most satisfaction.
What's the biggest piece of advice you can give to other women looking to start-up?
Never give up, chase your dreams, and keep going.
