Orange has launched the 4th edition of the Orange African Social Venture Prize. Following on from the success of the past three years, Orange is launching the 2014 edition of the Orange African Social Venture Prize. A new category has been introduced for the fourth edition: the “Orange Partner” award will recognize the best project that integrates an Orange application. Applications will be accepted from 22 May to 19 September 2014.

This year’s award totals R500,000 in cash prizes across six categories, with the overall Entrepreneur of the Year also winning a trip to an international entrepreneurship event, or trade fair.
