Chiinga Musonda is the co-founder of Savanna Premium Chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Lusaka, Zambia. She produces luxury artisan chocolates and other chocolate products for Africa and international markets. Chiinga wants to change the narrative that premium chocolates are only made in western countries. Her chocolates are made from carefully selected single origin cocoa beans to preserve the flavours of the country of origin.
